
My research bridges plant evolutionary genomics and stress biology. After earlier work on seed desiccation tolerance, comparative genomics, and phylotranscriptomics, I am now studying how gene regulatory networks are rewired during Arabidopsis thaliana seedling development under combined heat and drought stress, using large-scale transcriptomics. By mapping how network topology shifts across stages and stress combinations, I aim to identify regulatory modules shared between developmental and stress programs
