We are happy to announce a new, recently published paper in Plant, Cell and Environment. Ruud Korver has elucidated the role of PLDz1 in root halotropism. PLDz1 affects the formation of osmotic stress induced membrane structures, and is required for NaCl-specific changes in the localization of auxin transport proteins.
